This Yolk Yellow water-soluble powder food colouring is from natural ingredients.
Essential for making trendy colourful cakes, such as rainbow cake, or as a colourful marker for the different scents of your macaroons, this natural food colouring can be used both in dough or liquid application.
This non-azo colorant is less intense, bringing a natural colour to your creation.

Ingredients
Egg yolk natural hydrasolubles food colouring; E100.

How to use:

– For optimal results, we advise to dissolve the food dye powder in water before incorporating it into your application.
– 0.2 to 0.4 grams of Yolk Yellow colouring for 1kg of finished product
