Ingredients
Sugar; lactose; dextrose; bovine gelatine; thickener locust bean gum.

Basic Recipe

– 150 g Charlotte Neutral

– 200 g water 20 – 25˚C

– 1000 g whipped cream, unsweetened

Mix charlotte neutral with water, fold in the whipped cream, and allow to set.
