Ingredients
Sugar; powdered skimmed cream cheese(quark); dextrose; buttermilk powder; bovine; gelatine; modified starch; thickener locust bean gum; acid citric; natural flavouring.
Basic Recipe
– 500 g Charlotte Cream Cheese
– 1000 g water 20 – 25̊C
– 1000 g whipped cream, unsweetened
Mix Charlotte Neutral with water, fold in the whipped cream, and allow to set.
