Ingredients Sugar; modified starch; flavouring; gelling agent carrageen; colours carotenes and riboflavins; salt; thikener locust bean gum; acidity regulator potassium phosphates.

Basic Recipe
Heat   500g fresh cream
           300g milk at 80˚C

Add     150g créme brûlée.
